Supported Employment: Gaining Skills & Confidence for Work
Our Supported Employment programme is designed for adults aged 16+ who are ready to take their next step toward paid or voluntary work. Placements are tailored to individual interests, strengths, and goals, with practical roles in Woodwork, Design & Media, Hospitality, and Animal Care.

Whether you're just starting out or returning to work after some time away, our supportive team will help you build confidence, gain new skills, and develop valuable real-world experience - all at your own pace.


Work Placements: Explore, Learn, and Grow
We offer exciting work placements and apprenticeship opportunities for 16-18 year olds who want to build practical experience, explore new skills, and gain confidence in a real working environment.

Whether you're still in education or thinking about your next steps, our placements cover a variety of areas including Woodwork, Design & Media, Hospitality, and Animal Care. You'll work alongside our experienced, friendly team in a safe and welcoming space, gaining real insight into the world of work while developing your strengths and independence.
Garden & Maintenance Services: Friendly Help You Can Rely On
We offer practical support with everyday maintenance tasks in and around your home. Whether it's mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, weeding, painting a fence, or tackling odd jobs, our friendly team is here to help.

All of our services are carried out by supported employees alongside experienced staff, combining quality, reliability, and a community-centred approach. It's a great way to get the help you need while supporting inclusive employment in North Devon.


Home Help: Extra Support with a Friendly Face
Sometimes a little support at home can go a long way. Our Home Help service provides light assistance with everyday tasks like cleaning, errands, meal prep, using technology, or simply enjoying a friendly chat over a cup of tea.
